Animated Christmas Village with Moving Train and Ice Rink, Lit Cottages, Skating Figures and Music, USB or Battery, 30 cm

A Village That Actually Moves

Flick the switch and the little red train pulls out of the tunnel and circles the village. On the frozen pond in the middle, skating figures glide round in slow loops. Cottage windows light up warm yellow, the street lamps come on, and one of eight carols plays softly from under the base.

The Piece Everyone Comes Back To

It sits on the sideboard or the hall table and people stop in front of it. Children follow the train round and round. Grandparents point out the skaters. Guests put their coffee down to look. It does what a Christmas decoration is supposed to do: it makes people slow down.

Lovely by Day, Magical After Dark

In daylight it is a detailed snowy village: trees dusted white, a stone bridge, wrapped presents by the doors. In the evening the lights take over and the whole scene glows. Both the movement and the music can be switched off separately, so it can run silently as a night light.

Plug In or Go Cordless

Power it from any USB socket with the included cable, or drop in three AA batteries and put it anywhere, including the middle of the Christmas table. The base is about 30 cm across, so it fits where a cake stand would.
