Twenty-Four Days of Building

Behind each door is a small numbered bag and a picture card. Day one is a gnome in a red hat. Later days bring a sled, a snowman, a lamp post, a candy stand, a Christmas tree, and on the last days the gingerbread house with its iced roof. Each build takes ten to twenty minutes.

By Christmas Eve, a Village

Every piece stands on its own, and together they make a scene: fourteen gnomes going about their December business around the house, the tree and the stand. It stays on the shelf through the holidays and comes apart for the box in January.

The Calendar That Isn't Chocolate

Children get something to do each morning rather than something to eat. Older ones build alone; younger ones build with a grown-up. The bricks are standard size and work with the ones already in the toy box.

A Gift That Starts on the First

Give it in November and it opens on the first of December. It comes in a printed window box with the 24 doors on the front, ready to hand over.
